Solid-state high-frequency induction welding produces continuous weld strength without filler material. In-line ID weld scarfers shave the internal seam flush to residual ≤ 0.15 mm.

CNC Mandrel Bending & End Forming

43 CNC multi-axis benders produce tight 1D–3D centerline radii for automotive exhaust downpipes. Secondary stations handle expand, reduce, beading, and slotted ends.

Beyond standard round tubing: custom tooling lines form oval, semi-oval, elliptical, square (12×12 to 60×60 mm), and octagonal profiles for structural frames and architectural rails.

  • 100% Online Eddy Current Testing (EN 10246-1) for through-weld flaw detection with automatic spray marking.
  • Flaring & Flattening Tests (EN ISO 8492 / 8493) to verify zero crack initiation along weld fusion boundaries.
  • Salt Spray & Thermal Testing (ISO 9227) confirming ≥ 240h red rust resistance and continuous 650°C oxidation barrier.
  • Optical CMM & Dimensional Scans ensuring cut-to-length tolerances ±1.0 mm for automated assembly robots.
